Puxi Grade 4: Spaghetti Tower
During recent Math classes, the fourth graders learned about 3D shapes such as rectangular prisms, cubes, triangular prisms, and triangular pyramids. In order to help them gain a better understanding of what they learned in class, their Math teachers guided them to build solid figures with spaghetti and clay during Math class on March 7th.

Students worked in groups. First, they needed to decide what they were going to build. Then, they used spaghetti to build the edges and used clay to fix them. After 15 minutes, the students had built many different kinds of 3D shapes, which impressed their teachers a lot.

Through this activity, the students not only had fun and reviewed previous class content, but also increased their teamwork abilities.
